This training will provide practical strategies and insights to help foster parents and caregivers create a soothing bedtime routine and sleep environment for children in foster care. We'll explore techniques to address common sleep challenges, how to establish consistent bedtime rituals, and how create calming sleep spaces.
Audience: Caregivers, child welfare professionals and advocates
Certificate of participation for 1 hour of training will be available.
